COLLEGE-EDITOR.COM SERVICE USER AGREEMENT

1. Welcome to College-Editor.com (“CE”, “Service” or “we”). By using this Service, you (You, Your, User) agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement (the “User Agreement”). We reserve the right to change the terms of this User Agreement or to modify any features of this Service at any time without notice to You, and You agree to be bound by such changes. Any changes to this User Agreement shall become a part of this User Agreement and shall apply as soon as they are posted. The most current version of the User Agreement can be viewed at any time at: College-Editor.com. Your use of this Service constitutes Your agreement to all such terms, conditions and policies.

2. CE reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that CE shall not be liable to You or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless College-Editor.com and its editors, affiliates, officers, managers, employees, and representatives, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation by You of this Agreement.

4. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless College-Editor.com and its editors, affiliates, officers, managers, employees, and representatives, for any denied admissions to any undergraduate, graduate or professional program, school, college, university, or any denial of employment.

5. In addition, You understand that You will write including but not limited to all your essays, resumes, CVs, and that You are responsible for all aspects of the essays, CVs, and resumes.

6. College-Editor.com HAS MADE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT WHAT OUR SERVICE WILL DO FOR YOUR CHANCES OF ADMISSIONS TO ANY UNDERGRADUATE, GRADUATE OR PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM, SCHOOL, COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OR YOUR CHANCES OF EMPLOYMENT AT ANY ORGANIZATION, INSTITUTION, EDUCATIONAL FACILITY, CORPORATION, OR GOVERNMENT AGENCY. College-Editor.com cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of College-Editor.com.

7. Moreover, College-Editor.com disclaims any and all implied or express warranties, including but not limited to the essays, resumes, CVs, fitness for a particular purpose and your fitness for any undergraduate, graduate, or professional program or employment.

8. THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE “AS IS.” WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THIS SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THERE MAY BE DELAYS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS AND INACCURACIES IN THE INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS SERVICE. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR POSITION, WITH RESPECT TO THIS SERVICE OR ANY INFORMATION OR GOODS THAT ARE AVAILABLE OR ADVERTISED OR SOLD THROUGH THIS SERVICE. 10. You understand and agree to our refund policy, which is as follows:

College-Editor.com does not refund any money for work already performed.

College-Editor.com will refund 100% of the purchase price before editors started to work on your order.

College-Editor.com will refund 50% for a purchased service if you want us to discontinue working on it after the editors contacted you and started reviewing your paper(s), ("rough copy" was sent to you.) PLEASE READ EXPLANATION OF SERVICES.

11. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Connecticut, applicable to agreements made and to be performed therein without regard to conflict of laws principles . BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
